Beach fitness class

Beach fitness classes are small group Bootcamp style classes incorporating functional movement patterns, strength, and endurance training. We use weights, bands, body weight, and our natural surroundings to train our bodies. This is a 75-minute class. all you need to bring is a towel and enough water to keep you hydrated throughout the class and on the way home.
